Loved working with Annie!!! I have taken countless yoga classes before, but truth be told, never felt like I was doing much. Decided to try a private session with Annie to see if I could learn more. Total game changer! Little did I know, I've been doing things all wrong. Having Annie be able to show me the exact, correct form for each of the different poses we worked on was amazing! Just one session with her, and I felt like I could feel a difference!! Highly recommend private sessions or even get a couple friends together and have a group session with her!!

She is an aweeeesooooomeeee teacher not only for beginners but for the experienced ones as well. She knows what she is doing. She is the one who encourages me to keep working out regularly. Thank you sosososo much for your help!!!!

Annie is the best instructor one can ask for. She is super knowledgeable about what she does and genuinely cares for the people she works with. She not only goes above and beyond what her customers ask for, but she caters to what the needs are for each person-making it customized to fit your body. She is the best!

Annie is probably one of the best instructors I have ever been with. She is caring, corrects your pose at all times, even when it is a little off, she will make sure I am doing it properly. She is very thorough with her instructions and makes it easy to follow along. If you are a beginner, intermediate, or even expert at yoga, Annie makes sure that she makes it challenging for your level. I would highly recommend Annie as a yoga instructor!

$45-70 per hour private lesson. We can negotiate for group lesson.

We will go over basic physical ability and start from there. Everyone's body is different so I'll start from where your body needs to start.
