- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 is my base price for me showing up and diagnosing. There is really a lot of factors when it comes to pricing, the biggest one being parts. I always find you the best price on parts for the situation. Also, all of my parts are at my cost. I never mark parts up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am really personable so I will be able to tell what kind of person they are pretty quick. If you want me to do my thing and get on my way, that's perfectly fine with me. If you want to chat, that's also fine. It really depends on the person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some computer classes at my local community college. I have also taken all of my A+ classes and a few classes for programming online.
