First I was told there was going to be 4 guys one man and two possibly 20 yr olds every thing got loaded ok when we got to the new house they were bringing furniture up stairs hitting walls and the ceiling and then if that wasn't enough on the way up the stairs the man decided to let the young kids take the heaviest piece of furniture up the stairs not even half way up they drop it down the stairs and crashed into the wall scratching the dresser put a nice gouge in the hard wood floor that is only a week old and took a gouge out of the wall and long scratches on wall also that was freshly painted and then he has the nurve to tell my son in law after they were done that they have a 4 hr minimum when they were done in 3 1/2 hrs .
