Introduction: Confidence Building Hatha Yoga sequences that focuses on creating a healthy union with the physical body, mind and spirit. Yoga for all welcomes everyone regardless of experience level to begin or add to their yoga journey. I enjoy very much the feedback I receive after classes of clients feeling very relaxed, tension released, stress that was present before now diminished. I enjoy teaching others how to strengthen their body as well as their mind.
