- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates rates do vary depending on the type of investigative specialty required. Our agency will take the time to explain all costs involved and account for every dollar you spend. We would like to advise you as retired police detectives and a reputable investigative agency, please do not be fooled by low ball offers which will more often than not entail hidden costs and inexperience. Our rates are $90.00 per hour with a five hour minimum day and .75 cents per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our procedure most often begins with a phone call. That person is calling you because they are in a predicament or crisis and want guidance. We make sure we listen to what they are telling us. Because we have conducted over 4000 investigations over 10 years we know how we can help. We will advise them truthfully what their options may be, what their chances of a successful outcome are, then allow the client to weigh all the facts. We will offer our professional opinion if they request it. You will never be pressured or hard sell, that we feel is unprofessional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agency is comprised of retired police officers and detectives. We are all licensed with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and licensed to carry concealed weapons.
