- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would LOVE to have a standard pricing but each client and piece have different requirements. We evaluate each job and write a custom proposal based on the client's objectives. We do have a MINIMUM price of $200 for all repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inspect the piece and talk with the client to determine the extent of the repairs or refinishing. Once we have a clear understanding of what the client wants we make our recommendations and put together a proposal. If the client agrees to the terms and price we move forward with repairs and set an estimated completion date. A 50% deposit is required before work starts. The balance is paid upon completion. Please note: We do NOT do reupholstery OR particle board furniture (IKEA, etc.). WE ONLY REPAIR WOOD FURNITURE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a diverse team which includes a licensed general contractor, a furniture designer, and a furniture and cabinet maker. We bring over 50 years of combined experience to the furniture business.
