We have Personal Training and Boot Camp classes available! Personal Training (one-on-one): $70/session- sessions usually lasting one hour Boot Camp: $20/session- sessions usually lasting one hour **Monthly options available for both as well
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a one-on-one initial assessment to see what my clients goals are and to relay the goals I have for them. I introduce my clients to a proper dynamic warmup, then put you through an introductory workout to evaluate where your skill and fitness level is at. This will allow me to design a program for your specific goals and abilities.
