- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a service charge for the repair. If the job is declined, a very reasonable charge for my visit will apply. No service charge and labor charge. You will not find a better price for the quality of service you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally contact the customer and ask questions regarding the problem with the appliance. this will give me an insight so I can give a estimate and also bring the replacement parts I might need to complete the repair on the first trip.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Certified Appliance Professional, I hold an EPA Universal Certification and a Florida Gas Provider authorization. I teach appliance and refrigeration repair for a local technical college. I've been in the appliance repair business since 1972.
