- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Discounts: Currently the Thumbtack site is showing a discount for "recurring" cleaning. The regular price will be in effect until there is actually recurring work. If I am "rehired", then the discount would apply:). (Applies to cleaning category only) Fees: If there's a need for availability before or after my normal business hours, or extended hours for larger jobs, there will be a reasonable fee in which we will agree upon before hand. *Laundry-$10 per load. Wash, dry, fold only if the facilities are inside your unit. *Pets- Nope, I do not clean up after pets other than vacuuming fur. If you have a big dog I will ask to please keep in another room or outside while I work. Thanks for understanding.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?For organising, I worked retail at Nordstrom. Cleaning, I managed vacation rentals and trained cleaning staff for discerning guests in Hawaii. Expert, reliable, and professional cleaners are invaluable.
