- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We cannot give a price over the internet or phone based on your description but we can offer you a free evaluation at an appointment time that is convenient for you. Give us a call we would be happy to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive your call we set an appointment to come to your home and measure the levelness of the foundation with a zip level. After it is measured we can tell where the problem areas are and put together a plan to correct them. We will explain the process from start to finish and what you should expect from us. Your yard and home will be left clean and in neat before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pier Pressure Foundation Repair is operated by a team of professionals that have been in the construction industry for a minimum of 15 years. We have extensive knowledge of the construction process and know how your foundation was originally installed. This gives a distinct advantage over the other companies in the way we tackle your repair.
