- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multiple pricing options with our wide array of package choices. Our session fees range from $55 to $88 per session depending on what package you choose. We also offer group rates for even more money saving options!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An effective workout plan begins with a detailed assessment. Your GYMGUYZ assessment includes a biometric analysis that will generate your body fat and muscle mass percentages, body mass index, visceral fat, body age and inch measurements. You'll also receive a nutritional consultation and physical fitness/performance assessment designed to generate baseline data reflecting your current status. Your assessment will be used to design a customized workout plan that reflects your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our fitness coaches are nationally certified. In addition, we complete an intensive GYMGUYZ training course on site in our corporate office. Our fitness coaches are required to keep their certifications updated by complying with continuing education requirements in accordance with individual certifying bodies.
