Hailey was able to give me and my mom the time to enjoy the night of my wedding. She was there to make sure everyone was where they needed to be and when. Also to keep me on track because as a bride you get lost in the mixture of all your family and friends. Loved her help! Helped to make the night as perfect as it was!

Hailey did a fabulous job. She was so thorough and thought of things I would have never considered. She interfaced with all of the vendors weeks in advance and made sure everyone was on the same page. She answered my crazy family’s questions, all while staying calm and polite. On our wedding day she kept the day moving along and did a great job. All her little touches were much appreciated, she even had a water bottle with a straw for both me and my husband right after the ceremony. My husband asked her if she can just run his life and tell him where/when to be places, ha! Overall, her services was the best money spent. It allowed us to enjoy our special day.

We hired Hailey to help with day of coordination for our 100-person wedding on March 31, 2018. Even before our wedding day Hailey was so much more than a day-of-coordinator and helped out so much. She spent time thinking about logistics and walking us through what we would need and the things we hadn't considered yet and we were very thankful for her insight. We were particularly impressed with how she handled our rehearsal since we had a very large wedding party (16 members) and a large family to wrangle in. It was clear that she knew what she was doing. There were a few minor hiccups on the day of but overall she is 100% worthy of hiring as a wedding coordinator.
