- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will quote you a flat-rate fee based upon the work anticipated. Your final fee may be less than the fixed-rate quote, but never more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss current issues to evaluate best course of action and give you an idea what is most likely causing the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Direct experience in repairing desktop and laptop computers as well as building custom desktops from scratch.
