Introduction: I have repaired and serviced Windows-based PCs for over 10 years in the Austin, Texas area. I will give you a fixed price quote, regardless of the length of time it takes to repair your computer. If it is determined to be a hardware issue, as opposed to a virus and/or other software issue, a separate quote will be generated to cover the cost of such hardware. I also provide consultation services for upgrades. My tagline is "No Fix; No Fee." In other words, if it a virus or software issue and I cannot restore your computer to optimum performance, there shall be no fee for my services. In 10 years, I have yet to encounter a problem that was not fixed. I also provide router setup services, Windows-based computer lessons, multi-media services, video capture services,YouTube channel setup, data recovery services, freeware and certain commercial software consultations and imaging/graphics services. I enjoy troubleshooting and restoring your computer to optimum performance.

I have known Steve for about 5 years and he is the only one I trust with my computer. When I got a virus he downloaded all my files and reinstalled the operating system which had got infected. When I got a new computer he transferred all my files from the old computer to the new one. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him.
