- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The owners do all the work. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible for the quality of work we do. Some companies can be lower priced but probably do not have insurance or the quality of equipment we have to do the job right the first time. If your not happy we will do what it takes to make it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see our jobs first so that we can give a real price on the work that is needed this can be done by us coming by for free, or even having the customer send us pictures. We will not give a price and then change it later either while on the job or at the end, the price we give up front is the price you will pay.
