- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Relevant questions and answers pertaining to the foods needed for the affair. Resolving any and all issues that he or she might have . Committing too having the customer feel that they should have nothing to worry about with foods and food service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 35 years of experience in this industry. We started with a Food Truck in 1978 that blossomed into three restaurants in two states of which I have retired but now we decided to put our knowledge and efforts into personal catering to show our creativity.
