David Michael Development remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms they turned out better than we imagined. The crew was very professional. The work was top notch and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them, as a matter of fact I have!

I have used Dave from David Michael Development on several projects.
He has done many bathroom remodels for me, because his tile work is exceptional! He pays special attention to little details and he leaves his work areas neat and tidy. I also appreciate that he works in a timely manner, completing his projects pretty close to his estimated date of completion or sooner. I would also recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing, electrical, or framing and drywall work. He is one of the best general contractors that I have ever worked with!

I hired David to build a custom Santa Fe Style home. I believed that he was the right person for this job. His creative eye helped bring our ideas to reality but also kept our budget within our means. We LOVE our home and we highly recommend DMD.

The subs that were hired were very nice people and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. If you are ok with a grumpy contractor, missed deadlines and ok plumbing and tile work then this is your guy. I received 3 bids and he was my highest bid. I went with David because I "thought" he understood my attention to detail and understood we were working on a tight deadline with the delicate variable of getting in and out of peoples apartments to finish the work was understood before we started the job - but no. Subs didn't show up, I often had to check to see if anyone was even going to come in to work while constantly apologizing to tenants for their bathrooms being delayed, he argued with many of my suggestions or decisions, complained when he had to "hand set" the tiles, created more plumbing problems, would ask me to get supplies when we had agreed that he would purchase and I would reimburse, was miffed when I asked for receipts, and in general was not a pleasant person to work with. I would not hire this person again.
