- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are 165/Hr, but we have flat rate pricing for things like cameras, networking equipment, cabling, and Wifi access points. We offer a 5% Discount for Veterans and a 10% Discount for active duty Military. No other fees or trip charges!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Call us up, we can give you a quote over the phone 90% of the time. We have easy flat rate pricing, that takes the hassle out of having to schedule a onsite visit. We can give you a time estimate also and schedule around your times too!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A+/Net+, Advanced Linux Server administration. We comply with IA/EIA-568, 802.11, and Category 5/e,6/a, 8 professional standards.
