Introduction: Offering outcall sessions to your home or work space in the Chapel Hill area! I bring with me 15 years of experience in bodywork and massage therapy. I love offering an integrated approach, addressing the specific needs of each client. The modalities I use most often are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity Therapy, and Cranial Sacral Therapy. I am able to do focused work in areas of need to resolve pain, range of motion, or specific concerns. I am also able to offer a fluid relaxation session, or any combination thereof. I enjoy improving quality of life through decreasing stress and tension, and increasing fluidity and alignment in the system as a whole.
