Our group of 7 traveled to Charleston for a bachelorette weekend, and we hired Katie for a surprise yoga session for the bride. I really appreciated that leading up to our session, Katie was very flexible and easy to communicate with. We (although novice and highly uncoordinated) had an INCREDIBLE experience! When we told Katie our rental home wasn't big enough to hold the session, she suggested holding it in Cannon Park. The setting was beautiful, and Katie perfectly tailored the session to our level of comfortability. My favorite part of the session was Katie having us all create our intention for the session around the bride (how we wanted her to feel throughout the weekend, leading up to her wedding, in her marriage to her husband, etc.). Everyone LOVED our time with Katie, I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Katie leaves it all in the mat every time she teaches. The only rival to her passion and expertise is her compassion. She gives freely of herself flowing with grace and "a little" sweat through well thought out, focused transitions. She is a blessing to us all on and off the mat.

I have been taking Katies classes for about 3 years now and very much enjoy her teaching style. She paces the class not too slow, not too fast and always keeps a good flow going. Shes an incredible person and a wonderful instructor. If you take her class, I promise you will enjoy yourself, feel welcome and come out feeling much more open and renewed. I am picky about my yoga instructors and wholeheartedly recommend Katie!

Pricing does not include travel fees. Discounts available for military, teachers, students, and for multi-class packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a standard intake process and assess your goals, challenges, and reasons for diving into yoga! I'll need to know about any prior injuries/illnesses and whether you are pregnant or healing after pregnancy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
