- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial conversation may be a phone call or meeting at a convenient place for both. At that time I obtain the criteria in which you want to find or what you are looking to sell. Conduct a comparative market analysis to give you the value of your home at that time and/or complete a CMA for a property you are interested in purchasing to ensure YOU get the best deal possible! Market your property for sale through many different websites to ensure it is seen, increasing your chances of showings and selling quickly. For buyers, I get all information important to you, your must haves, like to haves, areas etc.. Basically everything that is important to you in your search. After the meeting, if I have some homes in mind, we will go and view those that may interest you. I place you in my email system so that YOU obtain first hand information on new listings, recently reduced homes that meet the criteria we have discussed. Once you find the home that you absolutely LOVE, is when I begin to utilize my super negotiating skills.. Getting the best deal for you to be able to make YOUR best move, getting RESULTS not Promises!
