- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer is different. There are some standard pricing's that won't change but dependent upon market needs these may fluctuate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a few emails and then move directly into a telephone conversation. The emails help get me started on ideas for your photo shoot/event. The telephone conversation is also very important to me as it helps me get to know more about you, your personality, and clarify any concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken coursework at Durham Tech Community College in Photography.
