Introduction: I offer very personal care. I understand the importance of your devices (PC, Mac, tablet, phone) and always try to help as quickly as possible. I also offer remote services, allowing me to help you without having to come by your residence or business. Remote services can offer very quick repair times. Depending on my schedule, I can often connect to your computer immediately and start repairing problems. Finally, I have always specialized in helping Senior Citizens. I understand their difficulties and problems in what is to them a "new" technology. I know how to make their computers easier to use, and have an abundance of patience.
I love diagnosing problems and figuring out a way to fix them. I am very creative, and can often come up with a solution. I also love to find ways for my clients to save money, charge what I believe to be a reasonable hourly rate (sometimes, I charge by the job, not the hour), and finally, I love establishing personal relationships with my clients, calling many of them friends.

He responds immediately and until someone gave me his name, I was in a deep mess with people like the Geek Squad (never go there) and other people who were recommended to me.
