Through acclamation and success, the reason we create music and media is to be an outlet of hope to those in need. Rather through music or servanthood, our objective in all we do is to be a reflection of the grace shown to us. What is a dreamslave? A dream slave is anyone who works excessively hard chasing their dreams. They are the individuals who want to achieve success as bad as they want to breathe. Dream slaves are people who are willing lose sleep and make sacrifices for their future. They are the 30% of people who actually turn their dreams into reality. Engineer: The YCI Eagle Award winning Calvin Hill was born in Sierra Vista, Arizona on April 28, 1998. In 2002, he and his family relocated to Charlotte, NC. In 2010, Calvin Hill felt the call on his life to begin his own ministry. He began using hip-hop as a platform to reach a community that traditional Christian music couldn't. After releasing his first mixtape, Worldly Ambitions, Calvin Hill gained national attention and radio play in England, Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. "Vanity", his most renowned song off the mix-tape, caught the attention of O'Neil Dennis and landed him the opportunity to be interviewed and featured in the United Kingdom's magazine Step Fwd. In 2013, Calvin was presented the Eagle Award by the Youth International Committee and New Life 91.9 fm for outstanding Christian leadership. After releasing several follow up singles after Worldly Ambitions, he began trending on some of the top Christian Hip Hop websites such as: Rapzilla, Jam the Hype, and Trackstarz. In November 2016, Calvin Hill released the second volume of Worldly Ambitions. Since the releasing of Worldly Ambitions 2, Calvin Hill has had the opportunity of opening up for some Christian entertainment's biggest name including: William McDowell, Trip Lee, Briana Babineaux, Jermaine Dolly, Aaron Cole, and (the recently listed Rapzilla Freshman 2016) KYNG. I enjoy making people's vision and dreams come to life. It brings joy to me when I see artist bring their imagination into reality.
