- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing will vary depending on the type of work that needs to be done. For small jobs that don't take long I will just charge a flat rate, but for larger jobs or commercial jobs I will charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the time to assess the problem and identify my clients needs, and then recommend a course of action moving forward to resolve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of experience in the IT field resolving issues such as virus removal, building and repairing hardware, Exchange server and email support, experience supporting all Microsoft operating systems from Window NT up to Windows 10, support for Microsoft Office from version 2003 to version 2016, networking support, and printer support.
