Chris and his team were the first to respond to my request and were super easy to work with. From our first conversation, Chris assured me that this process (new to me) would be simple and his team would be able to take care of it for me. Chris and his team helped me move big couches from two houses and did their best to take care of my items and my home in the move in and move out process. I even asked for help with a few more items and they were happy to help. Trustworthy, prompt, and extremely easy to work with us how is describe Chris and my experience with Global Moving pros. We provide fair Estimates and Quotes which includes all truck and materials!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we typically communicate through phone conversation until setting up a time and date for a walk through estimate!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a month we take 1 day and execute what we call "possible moves" in which we wrap all furniture, and load and stack the trucks and unload the trucks after completion! It keeps us fresh and knowledgeable !
