The initial 'salesman' that came to our house in July was very nice and personable. However, the company should send a contractor or someone that actually installs the windows to go to these appointments with the salesman, as they are obviously not certified to measure or quote on what they can or can't install properly. We had already purchased a few windows through a contractor that didn't come through for us, so we had two windows waiting to be installed. He advised us that they could install them for us, and would measure the remaining windows for replacement as well. Everything was scheduled for a specific timeframe which we had planned on being available for (was supposed to be late august however they ended up changing the completion time for the windows being made at their factory a few times), but finally on September 8th (after my husband took a day off of work without pay) the crew showed up to change out the windows, and stated that they were measured incorrectly and wouldn't fit. The ones they manufactured needed to be remeasured & remade. They also said that they couldn't use the windows we already had (that the salesman originally said they could install), so we would have to purchase more windows and eat what we paid for them. They said they'd knock $100 off for the inconvenience (which wouldn't help us recoup a days lost wages or the $450 we already shelled out for two windows that we couldn't do anything with, and by that time, couldn't return any longer either). Keep in mind that the previous windows were an older style and were two separate pieces that opened independently of one another with a deep sill inbetween. The installers took all on the interior panes with them, so I had partial windows for another few weeks and insects getting into the home constantly (see the first two photos). As well as large pieces of lumber with giant nails through them lying about every room of my house. When they finally (over two months after the initial appointment for ordering the windows) came to install them, and my husband took yet another day off of work without pay, I was still left with incomplete windows. They look great from the outside . . . but the interior was left partially done and looks hideous. Not once was it mentioned that they wouldn't match up to what was already in place, and one would assume for the amount of money that we paid, we wouldn't be left having to hire another contractor to put window sills in on the inside of the home (shouldn't that be standard practice for window installation) . . . Needless to say, let the last four pictures speak for themselves. That is what the inside of my windows look like after thousands of dollars for replacement. I am appalled and embarrassed everytime I look out the window. I would not use this company again.Jan 23, 2018Julie S.'s reply

While we decided to put our window project on hold indefinitely, our experience with Greg was phenomenal. He's very thorough and didn't try to oversell is on a product we didn't want.
