- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will visit your pet as many (or few) times as you request. My basic fees (subject to change depending upon location) are: midday potty walk/visit 20 min = $15 midday potty walk/visit 30 min = $20 If you are out of town and require more than 1 visit/day: 2 visits/day = $35 3 visits/day = $50 4 visits/day = $60 I also bring in the mail/packages/newspaper as well as take trash/recycle to and from the curb if needed. I will water plants if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone/email or text introduction. Then 1 free meet/greet consultation to review needs, entrance to the house and schedules. If a key is going to be used, it should be available at the initial consultation. Otherwise, a small fee to return to pick up keys or other instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mature, responsible adult that has raised not only 2 successful young adults, but also several dogs. I have been pet sitting after leaving the professional workplace and have worked with a dog trainer to learn more about animal behavior and how to handle all types of pet personalities
