This review is a total fabrication. Customet sought a rush appointment and we accommodated her.. She the cancelled.. We always do free estimates, we just ask for 24 hr notice. She failed to do that.. Person is very dishonest.. If you are a contractor, stay away from.her.
The Handyman arrived around 8am as promised and then left to get supplies. He returned around 10am to begin working. The tasks I requested were completed partially. I was pleased with how he diverted the drain spout away from the walkway. My tenant was not pleased with the final look of some of the repairs, that I am going to have to hire someone else to improve. Areas were not sanded properly before painting resulting in “ lumpy areas”. She was also not pleased with the unneatness of the caulking. We always appreciate customer comments. It makes us better. We ALWAYS guarantee all of our work. We returned to this Site and corrected everything the customer asked us to do. In the end, the customer just wanted a cheaper price. So, I discounted the Job by 20%, thus losing money on this work. Please note that almost every single Review we have is 5 Star. It is hard to please everyone in life, but I will strive to do just that. Thank you
