Rich provides a solid massage experience. He has a flexible booking schedule, is friendly, and, most importantly, makes me feel like a brand new person after each visit. Its a no-frills atmosphere, which is something to consider if you prefer a spa, but I would recommend Rich to anyone.

I have gone to Rich twice and have had great experiences both times. I have signed up for a package, so I have a couple more sessions to go. The massage room is pretty basic - no spa frills here, but the great massage makes up for it. Rich pin pointed my trouble areas and works on me accordingly. I feel like this is great place to go if you want a massage that will actually make a difference, instead of the standard relaxing spa experience that seems more fluff than actually helpful to your body. Rich is easy to communicate with and setting up appointments is a breeze with their online system.

I have received two massages from Rich and they were both incredible! I am already looking forward to my next appointment. He definitely knows what he is doing. After the massage he showed me how to do some particular stretches and exercises to help me out between visits. I am so grateful!
