- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $75/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is a site visit. I set up a time to visit the client's home so I can see the space in person and discuss what they would like the space to look like and to feel like. Seeing it in person allows me to see all the interconnected spaces and how they work together in the home. I create an outline for the project and this allows me to give the client an estimate on time and cost for the project. Then we select a date to get started and begin the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Organizer®, the elite certification fewer than 10% of professional organizers have attained. I chose to pursue my CPO® to show my clients and potential clients the level of my commitment to the organizing industry, my business, and them. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional®, training and certifying with the leading education source for home staging. I am also working toward a certification in Feng Shui. I am the only home services professional in Chicago with this background, blending organizing functionality with home staging aesthetics and Feng Shui energy to make the whole home work, look great, and feel great.
