My wife and I can't say enough wonderful things about Ben. He rocked the entire evening. He captured every moment that mattered and then some. He was able to make our trailer, music video, and feature film seem like the best wedding that ever take place and for us it was. I get the name "whole Heart" now... he puts all of his in! Ben is completely Amazing!!.. We hired him for our 5/7/17 wedding. We could not be happier having chosen Whole Heart Video! Ben did an absolutely amazing job!!.. Especially having never met him until the day of having done a long distance wedding. Communication was superb, and everything went smooth. He was able to jump right in to the madness and get the most amazing footage. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. Everything I could've wanted in a videographer, I got with Ben. He is a true pro, and my absolute favorite part about him was his down to Earth demeanor, it is evident he truly puts his heart into his work. You can feel it while you're working with him, and it also comes across in the footage. He is an all around wonderful person, and it was a True Blessing to have him at my wedding. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is A la carte. If you don't care about drones + aerial footage, why pay extra for it? If you love aerial footage, but don't own a DVD player, we will just give you the video file. Finding out exactly what you want and creating an individualized package is our specialty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat. It's free, fun, + casual. I want to know what YOU like so I can be confident in giving you something YOU want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in NYC as a professional actor for 10 years- working with likes of Jeff Bridges, Ryan Reynolds, Kevin Bacon, John Goodman...etc. I know what its like to be on the front of the camera in a stressful situation, I also know how to diffuse that stress. Once the nerves are out of the way make room for the magic!
