On my first visit you had the wrong mount for your wall. On my second visit I tried to mount the tv but your wall is not structurally sound, i told you i can do a flat mount but not a full motion mount because it will not be secure and the tv might fall. Basically i was giving you good advice. Two weeks later you called me and told me that the wall was fine, that the engineer guaranteed that there were metal studs in the wall. I made a third trip in good faith to mount your tv. After arriving the issue was the same. There were neither wood studs or metal studs or wood lathe behind it. I will not mount a tv on a surface that is not sound.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates start as low as 35 per hour. I may ask for more if it's a one hour job. Of coarse it also depends on the amount of men I need on my team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer I need to know their needs and expectations. That way I can do the job to their liking. I also like to build a good relationship so I can be hire again or be referred.
