Get a clear initial assessment instead of having customer purchase a wall mount that you are not able to mount. I paid the $100.00 but did not get anything in return.Apr 11, 2018VerifiedRicky M.'s reply
On my first visit you had the wrong mount for your wall. On my second visit I tried to mount the tv but your wall is not structurally sound, i told you i can do a flat mount but not a full motion mount because it will not be secure and the tv might fall. Basically i was giving you good advice. Two weeks later you called me and told me that the wall was fine, that the engineer guaranteed that there were metal studs in the wall. I made a third trip in good faith to mount your tv. After arriving the issue was the same. There were neither wood studs or metal studs or wood lathe behind it. I will not mount a tv on a surface that is not sound.
