FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 an hour for private instruction and $400 for a package of 4 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first understand the client's expectations so I can tailor the session(s) to their needs. If there are health-related needs, I will ask the client questions about their daily habits and lifestyle. We then settle on a time, schedule, and location. As the client's needs change, adjustments are naturally made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied Chinese healing arts since I was 7 and I have studied several martial arts and fighting styles starting when I was 10. I hold a black belt from a nationally recognized kung fu/tai chi school and I hold an instructor's certificate from that same organization. I also have an advanced instructor's certificate from the American Tai Chi & Qigong assocation (ATCQA) for teaching tai chi and qigong. I am currently studying for my doctorate in Oriental medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago.
