- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard going rates, but I’m flexible to needs of the couple. I’m here to deposit long-term support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult with the couples and families: listen carefully to their plans and needs. I ask key questions about their priorities a d what’s most important to them. Then I work closely and speak regularly with couples to customize their wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a trained pastor/minister and Counsellor of 35years. I have training and degree in counselling and liturgical services. I was also mentored by three awesome ministers on how to work with couples, families and churches. I have learned a great deal from each family and occasions after 35 years of experience.
