Introduction: I am one of 5% of acupuncturists with a doctorate. I received my education in California because of their higher standards held to acupuncturists. I also spent time in Beijing intensively studying Chinese medicine to cultivate a deeper understanding. I have a treatment room in the West Loop and in Downers Grove. I offer Eastern Nutrition, gua sha, moxabustion, cupping, Tui Na massage, acupuncture and more! The treatment room is part luxury, part oasis, a memorable experience. I have an openness about me that is very welcoming. Patients are so comfortable that they are able to relax into sleep in order to allow each treatment to have maximum effect. I know first hand the benefits of acupuncture as it has helped me through many troubled times. I have a deep passion in helping provide healing, life changing natural healthcare.

Dr. Rosie's office is beautiful and comfortable, and she has countless tools which she uses to provide thorough, effective treatments. In theory, any licensed acupuncturist is sufficiently knowledgeable and qualified to practice, but what sets Rosie apart is her individuality. “Nonjudgmental” is the first quality I realized about this oncology-related specialist. Maybe it’s her personal experience that makes Dr. Rosie suitable for this concentration, or maybe it’s because she genuinely cares about individuals that she is able to offer a caring and safe environment. I don’t think it hurts that she is fluent in Mandarin and did an internship in Beijing where she practiced the medicine in its birthplace… What I do know is that we are fortunate to have a dedicated, gentle yet assertive, budding practitioner who we can turn to for many years to come.

New patient price $120 Follow up $85 additional cost for home visit
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the patient fill out new patient paperwork so I can ask the proper questions during the consultation. During the consultation I ask about the past history and about every system in the body. Then during the diagnosis process I take the patient's pulse and look at their tongue. I then answer any questions the patient has.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's in East Asian Studies and Philosophy. I have my MSTOM (Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine) and DACM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine)
