Introduction: Having a background where I was not comfortable in my own body I have learned many techniques that have pushed me in the right direction. My practice with yoga is both a mental and physical work out, and is a fusion with alexander technique, Fitzmaurice, meditation, and any other outside source I can bring in to the practice. I understand how body's work and that each individual will respond to techniques differently. I'm interested in finding the right yoga journey for each person.
I enjoy helping others find peace and push themselves to do something they didn't think they could. Finding the physical and emotional link within our body, and having the ability to give others my time and helpful energy is extremely rewarding.
