- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing for all my event planning services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send potential and new customers a Pre-Client Questionnaire. This will help us gain a better understanding of what services, theme and ideas they have for their event. This is completes before the Consultation, giving out team a couple days to brainstorm and give a rough estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently furthering my education in the Meeting and Event Planning Industry. I am attending SDSU's Meeting and Event Planning Certifications program.
