Introduction: I run a home and office organizing and packing/unpacking business covering Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay area. I honed my organizing skills through 18 years as a real estate agent (where I worked for Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank). A large part of my job was helping people prepare for their move-in, move-out. Whether upsizing, downsizing, decluttering or just clearing out and organizing closets. Paperwork and offices (home or business) were another area to be organized. In real estate there is an endless amount of paperwork! My attention to detail and my organizing and artistic skills were in such demand that I opened my own full-time home and office organizing business called OrganizeTotally. I even offer packing and unpacking services. I am very passionate about what I do. I listen to your needs and am very sensitive to the fact that moving (even if you're just rearranging your furniture, paring down, decluttering or sorting out what keep and what to let go of) can be upsetting, stressful and overwhelming. As part of my job I am there to alleviate those feelings and get the work done pleasantly and painlessly. I even make it fun! No job is too big or too small. Lynn was wonderful to work with. I felt paralyzed by my projects and hadn’t been able to start until she came. We got right to it and she helped me make decisions I was struggling to make- right from the start. Lynn was punctual (which I am not) and professional 100% of the time we spent together. This project I’m working on will take a long time to get through. Lynn got me started which was my first hurdle. I had her for 3 days and will be using her again, no doubt. She is decisive and a great help overall.

Lynn is terrific! Very friendly and organized. She responded quickly to any messages I sent. She is very organized. She packed my dishes in my hutch, a service for 12, and some side dishes in about 4 hours. All snug, wrapped and protected. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You won’t regret it.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $30 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, to be paid at the end of every working day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I thoroughly discuss the customers needs and goals, either by email or on the phone, then we set a date and time to work on the project. On the day of the job, I get to the destination and we do a walk through of the areas to be worked on. Then I roll up my sleeves and get to work.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My background is in real estate. I was frequently needed to declutter, reorganize, or stage a customer's home using their existing furniture and furnishings. I found I had a true passion for it. So, after 18 years as a real estate agent, my attention to detail, and my organizing and artistic skills led me to open my own business called OrganizeTotally.
