I had problems with my Desk Top needing an expert. Fred took the time to make the necessary changes/corrections and computer operates very well. When service is needed or questions need answered, Fred is just a phone call away. Sometimes issues can be handled over the telephone, while other times has required "On Site" repairs. I have a contract which gives me peace of mind when a problem arises.
