He is very knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely worried about this virus on my computer. He was able to come in and clean it up quickly. This is my 3rd time using Mr. Pal's services and I would recommend him to anyone that needs work to be done on their computer.

Kara was excellent. He did a data transfer on my pc so that I could get my old information onto my new device. He was incredibly polite, worked quickly and was even able to recommend a good antivirus option. His services are top notch!
