- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start via online communication to develop a plan for the production of the song. If we are recording for you, this is an essential part of the process. We then do our part whether that be mixing, mastering or both, and send you an initial mix of the song, to which most artists will request minor changes. We make those changes at no additional charge and send you another mix of the song. This process can be repeated several times if needed, until the artist is satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of training as an audio engineer, as well as promotional experience with multiple artists.
