- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is a free consultation where we discuss goals and medical background. This allows me and the client to find out if we are a good match. And helps me have an understanding of their need. Second session is generally a fitness test and we go over form. Third session and beyond, we start getting into the normal work out routine. Which last 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on what the customer wants.

American Counsil on Exercise (ACE) Level 1 Crossfit Certificate United Trainer Association (UTA) Human Performance Certificate (HP) Speed and Agility Training Certificate
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Any one from age 18- 72, male and female. Though I would say 80% of my clients have been female. The skill levels range from beginner to advance.
