My husband and I have participated in Matt's FitFast360 Bootcamp for more than 2 years, usually 2x per week (as our schedules permit), year-round. We can't say enough good things about Matt and his personal / small group fitness training! His workouts are fun & challenging (to *whatever* level each individual is at fitness-wise), and both my husband and I have felt and seen our fitness levels increase. We are stronger, more fit and enjoying the outdoors more because of Matt's program. Our Bootcamp group has a variety of fitness levels & everyone to a person feels challenged, motivated and welcome. Matt is so knowledgable & encouraging, and he is able and eager to customize exercises to an individual's personal needs / fitness level. If you are looking for a fun, engaging workout, this is it! FitFast360 Bootcamp has been a great way to enjoy the outdoors (in manageable 45-minute workouts) and get into shape! We can wholeheartedly recommend Matt as a trainer. Matt is a very genuine person I can feel it when he coaches me in boot camp. I have attended his boot camps for more than a year in Colorado Springs and I enjoy the creative and balanced workouts that he encourages and motivates all of the group to accomplish. His knowledge, variety of exercises and inspiration keeps me coming back to boot camp with Matt! (on a side note, I also enjoy reading the articles that he writes about fitness in local magazines) I hope you can have a workout designed for you individually or join one of Matt's boot camps!

Hello-My name is Cal and I’m 58 years old. I have just recently became interested in fitness. For all of my life, I took the title of “Couch Potato” to a new level and without any effort at all, found myself tipping the scale at almost 300 pounds. I battled Diabetes, Gall Bladder surgery, and Cancer. It appeared that good health and fitness was an impossible and unachievable dream. However, somewhere buried deep down inside me, I had always admired people who were runners. I was impressed with their discipline and endurance. I had a secret desire to someday know what it would feel like to run the Colorado trails in the fresh mountain air. It was clear that there was no way I was going to make this happen on my own since I could not walk one full lap around the block without giving up. So I sought out and contacted Coach Matthew and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He took the time to understand my unique situation and then developed a plan that would be just what I needed for success He sincerely cares about my health, well-being and goals. He trains me in a way that is focused, motivating and challenging while still being caring, concerning and nurturing. (With my age and fitness level, these are qualities I had to have in my coach, or I would have quickly given up and headed straight back to the couch.) And Coach Matthew’s knowledge for running and overall fitness is beyond the best. Running is a complex sport and you will get injured if you have poor form and technique. And Matthew is definitely improving my slow and inefficient running style. Not only am I getting faster, but also springier with increased endurance. I look forward to each and every session. They have become the best part of my week and my coach has become someone I’m proud to know and to train with. And yes….. I now can run six miles at a time through the Colorado Trails, and it is everything I dreamed it would be. AND, I am now working with my coach to complete my ultimate goal of a Half Marathon in 2017! If you ever have a chance to schedule a session with Matthew Stapenhill, I highly recommend you don’t think it over and wonder if it might be worth a try- just do it!!! Try a 6 package session and I guarantee you won’t be sorry. Just like me, you’ll discover a love for the outdoors like never before, and it might end up being the best (and healthiest) thing you’ll ever do for yourself.
