- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. No situation is the same. Time, location, stress and weather are all factored. I want to be fair to both the Customer and myself. The Customer will never be surprised and I am positive they will feel like they have gotten a good deal on services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Troubleshoot system first. Inform of problem second. Recommend 3 soultions third. You choose outcome. I like to fix, not replace. I'm not going to repair a lost cause though.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Epa 608 universal licence. All an intelligent tech needs.
