- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NetOTosh we price match to any quotes because we want to give the customer the best deal. We do have a no upfront cost to check or start a work order. Every price is different depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At NetOTosh our goal is to please our customers. We are here to help. A lot of our competitors charge a high upfront cost to diagnose the problem but we only charge for the repair cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We specialize in electronic repairs and home technology.
