D&J was very professional and they finished the work like they projected my wife loved the refinish on our walls and the colors they recommended when I have something else I need to have done I will call D&J first and I recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.

Came in and started to use a sprayer on the interior of our home. Overspray on our celings,base board,trim. Got paint on our livingroom and bedroom carpet. Tracked paint on our bathroom floor. I had to clean up paint off our laminate flooring two times. Missed spots on walls. One spot, under window was 5'×1'. Several spots were missed on living room floor. Painter claimed all paint would come out of carpet with professional carpet cleaning company. Carpet in bedroom and livingroom need to be replaced. Let painters go.

Although problems were somewhat accurate, we were not allowed to provide the finished product we promised. We were let go before we finished, it was very convenient that we painted 80% of the home, without receiving a dime, and left paint and supplies in the home(enough to complete job). After pleading and assuring customer that the work would be beautiful when completed, still let go without being paid for the work done and supplies. After customer complaints of the finish his wife chose, we regrouped and started over completely with the finish husband requested, still without receiving payment. I am a man of my word and I promised customer all issues would be taken care of before we turned home over. Lawsuit coming soon.

for the quality, you can't do better than D & J. We WILL beat any price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we like to see the area we work with, and let the customer give us there vision with free support from our interior decorator at the customers request. We provide a quote and take a 50% deposit, and collect the Balance after a customer walk through.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
electrical engineering, interior decorating specialist,11 years of construction and plumbing experience.
