- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on the frequency of the clients training schedule. My clients have the ability to choose from one, two, or three training sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each potential client that I work with will start off with one, FREE assessment and training session. This session will be 90 minutes in length and it will include: 1) a free functional movement screening to assess the 7 most common movement patterns found in daily life. This assessment will allow me to develop personalized training programs based on the clients individual needs. 2) a 60 minute training session that will be focused on teaching and educating the potential client on how to properly foam roll, warm-up, and execute particular exercises based on their needs from the initial screening.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Throughout my time coaching I've worked with individuals ranging from kids as young as 8 years old, to adults over the age of 60. My clientele includes competitive athletes to retirees. I also have experience coaching clients with disabilities.
