- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself as having many years experience and education in technology to reassure them I am qualified to work on their device. Asking basic questions in a way to find how much the individual understands technology, and letting them know that I will provide an honest diagnostic evaluation as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with many years of experience working with numerous software and hardware on Windows and Android operating systems, and a recently with Apple and Linux operating systems, I have three college degrees: Business administration, Internet technology in web programming, and PC repair and maintenance
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many years ago I discovered how easy it was for me to set up a workstation to a server. Complete with cables and other hardware and software and programming. My thoughts went to wanting to learn how to build a computer. Learning all the components that are needed to run a basic tower PC.
