He assisted me by setting up my operating system windows 7 ultimate. He put all of my programs back on just how I liked it. Honestly, everything went well. There were no issues and he always takes his time to explain everything to me so I understand what he's doing. He's very patient, respectful, and is an expert in his field. I would only use him for any technology repairs because he's never let me down.
