Listening is the most important skill when it comes to making technology work for folks. Finding out what your specific needs are and hearing what kinds of problems you are having are important first steps when troubleshooting any technology issue.

I have worked in the technology industry since high school and have been the go-to tech nerd for my family for more than 20 years. In my job at Ohio State I use technology on a regular basis. Let me be your technology sidekick!
