- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try and discuss the full scope of the project with you before taking further action. I may quote a consulting/diagnostic charge where I see fit. If the scope of the project is straightforward I will typically offer a fixed rate for completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, gathering details of the scope of the project, scheduling a call to discuss and finalize the scope, perform work, and answer any follow up questions after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working professionally in the IT industry for about 10 years and have specialized in various areas such as consumer electronics repair, web hosting management, and business-to-business IT. I am currently working for a software company performing custom development services for business clients and do this as an extra means of income. plus, I enjoy it!
